SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This policy outlines the details of our shipping process, including estimated delivery times, shipping options, and associated charges. We are committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all of our valued customers.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently offer shipping services to addresses within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES

We are committed to ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of your items right to your doorstep. 

We currently provide a single standard shipping option, each with its respective estimated delivery time frame as follows:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Anticipated delivery within 1-3 working days.
  • Sabah & Sarawak: Anticipated delivery within 5-7 working days.

It's important to note that these delivery times are approximations and may be subject to variations based on factors such as product availability, your location, and any unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be held responsible for any delay which is caused by the aforementioned reasons by the third party. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Once you place an order, please allow 2 working days for order processing and verification. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the following working day.

SHIPPING CHARGES                                                                                                               

Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order total weight. Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order's progress. You can also log in to your account on our website to access tracking information.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused upon delivery, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment in which additional shipping charges may apply. We shall not be held liable for the delay caused due to this reason and any request for damages shall not be entertained. 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed and shipped. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
